The current operation was established following a 2012 reverse merger into an inactive Delaware corporation, formed on February 25, 2010. We have two direct subsidiaries: Barfresh Corporation, Inc. (formerly known as Smoothie, Inc.) and Barfresh, Inc. Our corporate office is located at 3600 Wilshire Boulevard Suite 1720, Los Angeles, 90010.
