Our principal office is located at 900 Wilshire Boulevard, Suite 1250, Los Angeles, California 90017, and our telephone number is (213) 382-2200. Hanmi Bank, the primary subsidiary of Hanmi Financial, is a state-chartered bank incorporated under the laws of the State of California in 1981, and licensed pursuant to the California Financial Code. The Bank’s deposit accounts are insured under the Federal Deposit Insurance Act up to applicable limits thereof. The California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (the “DFPI”) is the Bank’s primary state bank regulator and the FDIC is its primary federal regulator.
