The Company is a fully integrated office REIT that owns, develops, acquires, leases and manages properties primarily in the best business districts (BBDs) of Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Nashville, Orlando, Raleigh, Richmond and Tampa. Our Common Stock is traded on the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) under the symbol “HIW.” As of December 31, 2025, the Company owned all of the Preferred Units and 109.5 million, or 98.2%, of the Common Units in the Operating Partnership. Limited partners owned the remaining 2.0 million Common Units.
