OFG is a financial holding company headquartered in San Juan, Puerto Rico. OFG is subject to the provisions of the U.S. Bank Holding Company Act of 1956, as amended, (the “BHC Act”) and accordingly, subject to the supervision and regulation of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (the “Federal Reserve Board”). OFG’s principal subsidiary is Oriental Bank (the “Bank”), a Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”) insured Puerto Rico commercial bank founded as a federal savings and loan in 1964. OFG provides comprehensive banking and financial services and solutions to its clients through the Bank and various other subsidiaries, including commercial, consumer, auto, and mortgage lending, financial planning, insurance sales, investment advisory and security brokerage services, as well as corporate trust services. OFG operates through three major business segments: Banking, Wealth Management, and Treasury.
