Export sales represent approximately 5% of firearms sales. The Company’s design and manufacturing operations are located in the United States and almost all product content is domestic. The Company has been in business since 1949 and was incorporated in its present form under the laws of Delaware in 1969. The Company primarily offers products in four industry product categories – rifles, pistols, shotguns, and revolvers. The Company’s firearms are sold through independent wholesale distributors, principally to the commercial sporting market.
