The Corporation Description of Business Trustmark Corporation (Trustmark), a Mississippi business corporation incorporated in 1968, is a bank holding company headquartered in Jackson, Mississippi. As previously disclosed, on August 4, 2025, Trustmark’s principal subsidiary, Trustmark National Bank, initially chartered by the State of Mississippi in 1889, converted from a national banking association to a Mississippi-chartered banking corporation and changed its name to Trustmark Bank (TB). TB is a member bank of the Federal Reserve System and is supervised by the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta (FRBA) and the Mississippi Department of Banking and Consumer Finance (MDBCF). At December 31, 2025, TB had total assets of $18.923 billion, which represented approximately 99.99% of the consolidated assets of Trustmark.
