During 2025, we served 89 destinations in 16 countries throughout the United States, Latin America and the Caribbean. Our network is supported by an all-Airbus fleet. On September 3, 2025, our common stock, par value $0.0001 (“Common Stock”) began trading on the OTC Pink Limited Market under the symbol “FLYYQ”. Our History We were founded in 1964 as Clippert Trucking Company, a Michigan corporation.
