The Company and the Subsidiaries operated several warehouse locations located in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. The Company and the Subsidiaries ceased all remaining operations as of mid-February 2024. On December 1, 2023, TLSS-FC, Inc. and Freight Connections filed voluntary bankruptcy petitions under Chapter 7 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the State of New Jersey.
